Gilreath Consultantcy accepts unsolicited résumés of Presidents, CEOs,COOs and VP-level Sales & Marketing, Operations, Engineering and Finance professionals from any diversified manufacturing and/or distribution environment and maintains them in our database for two years. Please note that in the majority of our search assignments, our hired candidates invest in the stock of the portfolio company they are joining to help profitably grow. Résumés can’t be acknowledged due to the volume we receive unless there is a possible match at the time of submittal with one of our active searches. All resumes in our database and information contained therein are treated confidentially. No résumé in our files is ever sent to our client before the candidate in question gives her or his permission and the individual in question has satisfactorily undergone our "due diligence" process.

Our edited searches are posted and easily accessible by prospective candidates on our website under Active Searches; fully disclosed search information requires a password, to protect client confidentiality.

Our search candidates receive as much information as possible from us about our clients and the positions to be filled. This typically includes, where applicable, the VC or LBO firm's brochures and partners' bios, client company annual reports, product brochures, company literature and videos, the organization chart, one- and five--year business plans, investor memorandum, position descriptions of the direct reports, Company Chairman, CEO & President and Board members' bios, company newsletters, website address, color reprints of PR and company-related media articles, copies of awards and a client list. The client company's current financials are usually reviewed during the candidate/hiring authority meeting later.

Gilreath Consultantcy will consider all candidates, regardless of sex, age, race, creed, handicap or place of origin, solely on the basis of their qualifications. We verify education, employment history and any certification and conduct exhaustive authorized reference checks on each candidate before he or she is referred to our clients. (Confidential credit and criminal checks may also be done.) We guarantee each candidate that no unauthorized reference checking will be done on any of our candidates by us or anyone from our client's organization. Gilreath Consultantcy respects candidate confidentiality, and our signed client search agreements specify that confidentiality must be maintained by our clients even after a candidate has been eliminated from consideration.

Gilreath Consultantcy always meets with each search candidate either in person or by videoconference before any candidate referral to our client. Soon afterward, a detailed face-to-face meeting report (nicknamed the "Indiana Jones") is sent to our client.

Gilreath Consultantcy's policy is to typically refer 3 ring binders of three to four highly qualified and interested candidates after they successfully undergo our "due-diligence" screening -- candidates whom we consider to be good matches for our searches, with a high probability of being hired.
