SKIN-IN-THE-GAME EXECUTIVE HIRING

We wanted to answer some common questions that many of you have asked about Gilreath Consultantcy:

Q What are the major benefits of  Gilreath Consultantcy's "Skin-in-the-Game" executive hiring model to private equity clients?
A Attracting highly qualified and interested and thoroughly vetted  investor CEO, CFO, and VP hires who will help grow their portfolio companies and remain with these businesses at least until the shareholders' exit strategies have been successfully implemented. Often these are local hires which eliminate any relo costs.

Q How long does a typical executive search take from start to successful hire?
A 10 to 12 weeks.

Q What are your charges to your private equity clients to conduct a "Skin in the Game" search?
A A flat fee that is capped and based on one-third of the executive candidate's estimated total compensation plus our out of pocket expenses which are not marked up. Also we never charge a percentage of our hired candidate's skin-in-the-game $$$ investment.

Q How would you describe your typical "Skin-in-the-Game" CEO search assignments?
A We often conduct a confidential search to replace a small to mid sized manufacturing or distribution portfolio company CEO or CFO thereby allowing the incumbents to remain on the job until the new CEO or CFO is hired; when a manufacturing or distribution portfolio company sale needs a CEO to complete the deal, we will help hire one; when a manufacturing or distribution portfolio company acquisition is made without a successor CEO, we will help hire one.

Q Do you conduct executive searches strictly in New England??
A No. We have filled CEO and CFO assignments throughout the Northeast, Midwest, Southeast, and Texas.
